As Acting President/Executive Vice President of the New York chapter of COMTO, Richard brings a broad array of responsibilities ranging from communicating with the board of directors to overseeing a strategic plan.
In his current position within MTA, , Mr. Watson has held both elected and non-elected roles with both the Transport Workers Union, Local 100 and the Transport Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO, including serving as a board member with the Local Chairman and International Executive Board.
Richard holds a Bachelor Degree in Liberal Arts and Science, Masters in Urban Policy and Planning and an MBA in Organizational Management.
