Julie Green

As Treasurer of the NY Chapter of COMTO, Julie is tasked with keeping the finances healthy so that we as an organization can achieve our mission. Her consistent guidance relative to financial reporting and strategy, including fundraising, keeps the chapter focused and goal oriented as we plan year-round activities directed at membership, education, small businesses and the overall community.

Julie grew up in England, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NKI School of Engineering as well as an MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian Business School (both in Oslo, Norway).  She also holds a patent in mobile ticketing technology and is a Certified Smart Card Industry Professional (CSCIP).
