As the VP of Communications for the NY Chapter of COMTO, Mr. Llanos is tasked with conveying the chapter’s internal and external messages including written materials, website updates, marketing materials etc . . In addition, he is always looking to build positive relationships with the business community, as part of his background within the economic development field and COMTO’s mission to ensure opportunities and maximum participation in the transportation industry for minority individuals, veterans, people with disabilities and certified MWDBE businesses.
